2) What type of documents can I create using Shippernet's E-Agreements services?

You can exchange, create or prepare virtually any type of documents that may require signatures such as shipment or load confirmation, a bill of lading, a Broker/Carrier Agreement or any other document requiring a signature. After they are signed on-line the e-signed documents with a signature verification affidavit is e-mailed to the signing parties.

3) What Forms can be viewed and exchanged?

Virtually any scanned document such as a driver application form, an ACCORD insurance form, a Certificate of Authority or any other document created and saved from Microsoft's Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Publisher etc.) can be uploaded for exchange and made either a public or secure document.

4) How are my forms secured from public viewing?

You can choose to make the uploaded document public or secured. If the document is made secure you will need to communicate your Motor Carrier number and a password to the person accessing your secured doucument(s).

5) How do I administer my E-Agreements and Forms?

With your subscription to the service you are listed on the National Transport Carriers Directory. On your directory page you have available two have two pages available. Your public home page accessible to anybody viewing from the internet and your private or administration page where you can create and manage your documents.
From your private or administration page, you would create and have ready for e-signature any document that you choose to have someone sign with an e-signature. To access the document, the signor would go to your public page, click on the appropriate numbered agreement and login to review and sign the agreement. When signed the system automatically creates a legal PDF document with both signatures and forwards it to the signing parties.
